We would like to thank you for all of the work you have done in our home to solve our audio/video nightmare....You have been great to us and we really appreciate all of the time you have spent here getting our problems fixed....You have been a pleasure to have helping us and we appreciate all that you have done to get our audio/video systems working properly. I enjoyed listening to the Christmas music throughout the house yesterday while I was wrapping presents. Last year, I was not able to do that! Thanks again and have an awesome holiday. I have been using Continental Integrated Systems and Gary Palarchio for all of my low-voltage needs for over 7 years. We purchased our first Vacuflo central vacuum system when we built our first new home in 1997. My wife loved the system. We sold that house after almost 3 years and moved overseas for 2 years. When we returned, we bought a condo that was under construction. My wife insisted on a central vacuum system. The builder assured us that the one he installed would be just as good as the Vacuflo.
The "bagless" system that they installed could not compare to the Vacuflo. There WAS a bag, and it was not removeable. It lost suction power after the first use and never got it back, even after constant cleaning. The builder claimed it was working properly. The company never answered any of my inquiries.
After a couple of years, we had the unit removed and had a Vacuflo installed. My wife is happy once more. The unit we purchased with the condo now resides in my sons garage, where he uses it as a shop vac.
We will never buy another brand of central vacuum system. We are spoiled! Thank you Continental for supplying such a great system, and for the wonderful customer service both before and after the sale!

When we built our house in 1991, I considered a central vacuum system but didn't know anyone that had used one, so I opted out of it. About 5 years ago, I met someone who had one and loved it! She talked to me all about it so I decided to take the plunge. I am so glad that I did! It is so much more convenient than lugging around a heavy upright. And, with five cats in the house, the suction power on the system I bought is fantastic for picking up the pet hair. I also got the vac pan for my kitchen. It is great for cleaning up cooking messes and sweeping away cat hair before cooking.

I have had a variety of vacuums over the years, both canister and upright models. My central vacuum has been the best performing of all the machines that I have owned. Easy to use, easy to maintain and easy to store! I would recommend them to any homeowner! I have hardwood floors, ceramic tile, large area rugs and stairs; I use my central vac to clean all these areas. The long wand and hose make it easy to clean areas you couldn't imagine with an upright or canister machine; like door moldings, light fixtures and stairs. The canister holds more than a bag, and it is easy to keep. I love my central vacuum, and it will be the first thing I install in my new home should I ever move!
